You'll have a great time at this comfortable bachelor apartment outside of Smiths Falls. You have a full kitchen, 3 piece bathroom, 42” TV, new couch. You can practice your putting on the putting green outside the store. The apartment is set at 21 degrees and there is 3 units upstairs. You are not able to change the temperature it stays at 21 degrees. Hope this is not a issue can always supply a heater if needed. The building is off of highway 43. Patio & BBQ. This property was deeded to the Motherwell family following the War of 1812, staying in their family name 100 years. The interior of the house is fully renovated with some exterior projects ongoing.
