One of our guests commented, "The house has one of the best views you will see in your entire life. You can watch an early sunrise and in the evening the moon is shining, sparkling on the water. You can hear the waves crashing against the shore, you hear birds signing and crickets at night." This property is located on a private estate road in Smith's Parish. There are fantastic 180 degree ocean views and great outdoor spaces. Centrally located, minutes from Hamilton, 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.

The apartment is close to the beautiful John Smiths Bay beach - a 5 minute walk away. The pool is on the property and around the back from the apartment. The apartment has a queen bed and its own bathroom + shower. It is next to our house in a spacious yard in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It is a 15 minute walk to Flatt’s Village on the Trail where there are several excellent restaurants (Village Pantry, Tribe and Rustico’s) and the Bermuda Aquarium, Museum and Zoo. Three bus routes are less than a 5 min walk. Hamilton is 10-15 mins by bus and less than 10 mins by taxi.
