E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

Wake up at this period townhouse in the heart of Kilkenny's Medieval Mile. Step out the front door onto the Mile with its historic attractions or immerse yourself in the city's ancient brewing tradition at the Smithwick’s brewery just up the street. Set in the bustling city centre with its many cafes, shops, and restaurants, all within a very short walking distance. Kilkenny Castle, Rothe House, St Canice's Cathedral, the Black Abbey and Smithwick's Brewery are just steps from the front door.

Located in the idyllic foothills of the Wicklow Mountains, on the Wicklow Way, it features an open plan kitchen/living/dining space, a mezzanine bedroom and a spacious wet room. An extension offers an additional boot room/rustic bathroom/loo and paved courtyard. The grounds are comprised of upper and lower lawns set on half an acre. A country pub is within walking distance.

The ReImaginator is called after a machine in my first children's book that restored stolen imaginations because building this space was the first step Robbie and I took in following our own dreams - we hope it inspires you to do the same. The treehouse is at the bottom of a forest like garden right in the heart of Kilkenny, just 10 minutes walk from the town centre. A true rural retreat in an urban setting. This warm & cosy space is surrounded by bird song - a perfect place to get inspired.

We offer complementary parking in our on-site carpark, located to the rear of the The Front Room Bar. Access is through the Archway/Lane beside the Bar.
