Cottage measures 12' x 24' (total of 288sq. feet). Very relaxed environment. Flat rate of $50.00. UPDATE: Deck is now enclosed with old window panes. Super cozy. Has a sink with hot/old water, a hot plate, large toaster oven, and utensils. I am am still putting finishing touches on it, but available for use. Pictures soon.

Enjoy the town park located beside the river right across the street from your home, or enjoy our grill and fire ring each evening.

Oak Leaf Bungalow in Damascus

Hurricane Helene caused damage to many trails including the Creeper, which is closed from White Top thru Damascus, altho the section near Abingdon is open. Most roads open. Our Bungalow is intact. Electricity & water are restored. Please email with any questions. The bungalow is walking distance to the center of town. We're just 15 minutes from Abingdon. The house is cozy and we have a great yard for kids and dogs. Our landline phone has unlimited long distance and we have Wifi and Roku TV

Charming 40s era cottage located minutes from Marion downtown. Enjoy the convenience of town with the feeling of country living. Bring your bikes and ride the Back of the Dragon ( space to park a trailer at the home), spend the day at Hungry Mother, visit your Emory & Henry student for the weekend or make a 40 minute drive and try your luck at the new Hard Rock casino in Bristol. Marion is the perfect location for outdoor lovers. 15 minutes from Mount Rogers visitor center and the AT.

Come feel welcome in a small town. Located in Marion Virginia, this small town has a lot to offer, including festivals and exploring the Appalachian mountains. 1.5 miles- Main Street 3.8 miles- Hungry Mother Park 7.6 miles- Mt Roger's Park 1.0 mile- Emory Henry College Virginia State Park pass provided. (Hungry Mother State Park) Queen bed, full bed available, and a 5th person could sleep on a non-pull out couch. NO natural gas is in the residence.

Fisherman by the Creeper and river - Huge Porch!

Our Fisherman cabin has two bedrooms with queen sized beds, one full bathroom, and sleeps four guests. The front of the cabin faces the river and the back is just steps from the Creeper Trail.
