A stone barn converted to a high standard semi-detached dormer bungalow, in the grounds of the owners home on a working farm which also includes a Shepherd's Hut, 6 miles from Dolgellau, 13 miles from Bala ,14 miles from Barmouth. The barn has been refurbished and is a delightful self-catering holiday cottage situated in a peaceful location overlooking Welsh countryside with stunning views from each angle to include the Aran Fawddwy, Aran Benllyn, Rhobell Fawr and Cader Idris mountains.

The building was once a chapel vestry. Now a self-contained, large mezzanine guest suite. We are situated in the village of Beddgelert, close to Mount Snowdon. Our place is perfect for couples, small groups or families. We have one large living space with wood burning stove, comfortable seating, kitchen counter with amenities and dining area. Through the large windows you will have an excellent view of the top of Moel Hebog. Above this is a balcony with a double bed and a bathroom.

Enjoy river views from every window, 300 feet of outside space next to the river, direct river access, gas BBQ, 3 lounges, 2 kitchens, 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It's near beautiful woodland walks, castles, world famous bike tracks, zip wires, the 'Bounce Below' trampolining adventure, steam trains, award winning ice-cream and fabulous beaches.
