This last floor apartment (3rd floor with no elevator)in a nearly 400 year's old building was just renovated. You will find Yourself in the Chiado area of Lisbon with all its buzz and life. The Marble bathroom is on the door just next to the electric hobs and oven, and boasts a large size shower enclosure.The living room area of the apartment is in the center of the apartment between the "bedroom" and the dinning room. The apartment is an open space, but at the same time, living room/dinning room areas as well as the "bedroom" and the kitchen are well defined. From the bedroom area of the apartment You will have a nice feeling of a spacious apartment. One enters the Chiado Loft apartment by Largo do Calhariz, where this apartment is on the 3rd floor, but as the building is on a hill, once at the apartment You will find Yourself in a 4th or 5th floor. The apartment accommodates 4, has a double bed, one single bed in the sofás and a futon style single bed that can be moved around the apartment. Tram nº 28 passes just in front, and the metro is 350m away. The Train to Cascais is 850m from the apartment. If You enjoy night life You will be in walking distance to lots of bares and nightlife streets (Bairro Alto and Cais do Sodré).
