Within a walking distance are Alexander Nevski Cathedral, Ancient Serdika Complex, National Palace of Culture, National Theatre, etc.

There is a free secured 24/7 parking lot right in front of the apartment. You will have all the essentials you need to make your stay more enjoyable.

A nice and well planed studio in 110 years old building, where the most popular Russian opera singer Shalyapin had his "afterparty" in the early 30ies. Located in a very center, only 10 meters from the Courthouse and 40 meters from the Vitosha blv and St. Nedelya church. This area provides all kind of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and etc. The studio is really quite, although it is on the main center of the city. You’re always welcome to knock on my door for advice about Sofia’s life.
