Private Studio Suite - King Bed

Clean and Spacious Studio Suite! This is a private suite with a king bed. It includes a small kitchen with an electric cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, and cabinet storage. Kitchenware is not provided to keep our rates as low as possible. We also have onsite staff that can assist with any issues during the stay. If you are staying with us for an extended period, we do have complimentary House Keeping services at no additional cost to you!

Super clean duplex

One bedroom duplex with a living room, full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. You can sleep two in the queen bed and there is an additional fold out queen sofa bed in the living room. We are located 10 min to down town and 10 min to UCSB, close to bike path and grocery store. The rental is fully stocked, just need to bring your shorts and sandals.

**Condo: This spacious 2 Bed/2 Bath home measures approximately 1,088 square feet. You'll enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest room and one queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include a fireplace and full kitchen with dining area. Maximum occupancy is six.
