Set within a wing of this historic medieval stone Manor House, Otters Holt at Chipley Escapes is on the first floor and accessed via its own private entrance and staircase. The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. The Pear Tree is a light, airy annexe and adjoins a large country house on the outskirts of Street in Somerset. Only a mile from the town centre yet surrounded by fields and a cider orchard. The tree lined drive leads to the main house and three acres of garden. Own entrance, private terrace and parking. Open plan living room, wood stove, TV, large futon. Large, well equipped spacious kitchen. Two bedrooms (sleeps four), family bathroom and downstairs shower room.

There is plenty of outside space and you are welcome to make use of the all weather tennis court, bicycles can be provided so you can explore the local area.
