This beautifully presented extremely clean Private Studio/Guest House is all you need when you are on medical placement or visiting the area. Only 5 mins drive to any Hospital and shops and bus stops are all within 5 min walk. Luxury Queen Bed, built in robes, desk/lounge area, bar fridge. TV and wireless internet. Fully equipped kitchenette with all you need to make a basic meal by using 2 x hot plates and a microwave that turns into a grill and oven. Private entrance with off street parking.

Mornington Peninsula Paradise - Self-contained cottage.

Our cottage was originally transferred from the Melbourne Botanical gardens. It is studio style with a seperate shower & toilet room. It has a queen bed and we supply all linen. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, electric stove & microwave & all needed appliances, crockery and cutlery. We provide basic breakfast items. The dining area has a table & chairs a TV. There is good wifi. From your private deck you overlook a spacious bush garden with the Sweetwater Creek flowing at the bottom.

#Parkerfarmstay is a 11 acre hobby farm. We have 2 units on the farm PF1 sleeps 5 and PF2 sleeps 7. This one is cosy next to chickens/ducks, the other is larger + laundry next to the playground. Ideal for family or friend groups who want to stay together on the Mornington Peninsula. Tucked away on a hillside, beneath some beautiful gum trees, and just 5 minutes from the heart of Mornington and its sandy beaches, you'll find this charming two bedroom Miners Cottage. Wake up in the morning to the sound of kookaburras, relax on the large veranda looking out towards leafy Mount Eliza, watch Foxtel on the large TV, or sit out in the evening around the fire pit with a glass of wine from a local winery. Willow Gum cottage has everything for a unique and tranquil getaway.

Warneet Retreat

Warneet retreat is a cosy little home away from home. It's ideal for couples or singles. It has a queen size bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome! It's separate from the main house and has front and back doors, a fenced deck and barbecue area. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron supplied. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 50 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game.The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system.
