A guest suite in my home separate from the rest of the house. You have your own entrance, and private Hot Tub. Located 19 miles south of downtown Austin, 16 miles to the airport and just 5 minutes from the Manchaca Bar seen. You are going to Love this little getaway! The property sits an an acre lot with lots of mature trees. The indoor space is a three room cozy space: bedroom, bath and traveler's kitchenette- Microwave refrigerator. No stove or sink. Great outdoor space. Very private.

A majority of this trailer is original from 1963 including electrical. There are amenities like coffee maker, toaster, etc. We ask that you use one appliance at a time to keep the breaker from flipping. Again, original wiring.☺️
