Giant trees welcome you down the drive back to the cabin in the woods. The cabin, along with my house and a small cottage reside on the 2 1/2 acre property. A contemporary cabin of steel and pine with vaulted ceiling and sky lights. Open living space, inviting queen size bed, luxury rain shower, full kitchen but no stove. A wood burning fireplace- fall through end of March and outside fire pit. Public beach a 5 minute drive away. Couples check out the cabin for anniversaries & special days.

Our turn of the century farmhouse is situated in the country on over three acres. Enjoy a large kitchen, dining room and large family room along with three bedrooms (upstairs) and two full baths (1 up and 1 down). My place is close to 80/90 Toll -road exit 83-Mishawaka IN. Visit us for events at :Notre Dame/St. Mary's/Bethel college/Holy Cross College. Mileage to ND Campus is 11.4. 15 Minutes to Elkhart Aquatic Center. Approx 20 Min to Four Winds Casino (Via the 20 Bi-pass) This Spring 2021 The Silk was chosen by AIRBNB as the 2d best place to stay in the greater South Bend-Mishawaka area. I close in January and February but re-open in March.
