Situated in Dartmoor national park with beautiful views from this detached, self-contained annex with private patio, garden, bike store and parking. The Dartmoor Den is a charming, newly converted annex that offers self catering accommodation in the quiet hamlet of Grenofen. Downstairs is open plan with a fully equipped new kitchen and cosy living/dining area, cloakroom/toilet and private garden. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with views across Dartmoor and an en-suite bathroom/wet room.

Your lovely private patio has views across the orchard, pond, pretty gardens and surrounding countryside. The perfect backdrop for al-fresco dining. Located in a small hamlet, yet within easy reach of many local attractions such as stunning beaches, coast paths and Dartmoor. The quaint towns of Kingsbridge, Totnes, Salcombe, and Dartmouth are nearby.

The village boasts two amazing pubs serving great food. The house has a games room with a full size pool table, darts board and games console. Well situated for easy access to South Hams stunning beaches and a short drive to the outstanding natural beauty of Dartmoor. We welcome one well behaved dog.

A beautiful and peaceful spot on Dartmoor, secured spacious garden. Gorgeous walks at the door. This private cottage also boasts spacious rooms, open fire (winter) 3 double bedrooms, dining area and 2 bathrooms. A cosy cottage with a gym, full sized snooker table, air hockey, table tennis table at no extra cost. Part of an immaculately kept working beef and arable farm, with horses and chickens nearby, the Annex at Hingston Farm is a self contained wing of the principal farmhouse and is incredibly comfortable and cosy. Dog friendly. A minute’s walk from the renowned Oyster Shack and the popular Avon estuary, the sandy beaches of Bigbury, Bantham and Salcombe are nearby.

Partridge Nest, situated in an old farmhouse, surrounded by its own fields & woodland. This cosy and quiet, idyllic countryside retreat is perfect for a romantic break for two all year round. Imagine relaxing on the patio, or lounging in the wood fired hot tub overlooking our beautiful fields and gazing up at the stars. Enjoy stunning countryside views with a short 5-10 minute walk into town and a short drive to the seaside towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth. No smoking indoors please.

2 Belle Cottages is a lovely Victorian cottage retaining much of its original character. The property provides a comfortable and enjoyable holiday experience, perfect for couples. The cottage is in a lovely quiet spot in Kingsbridge within easy walking distance of the town centre. and close to some of the best beaches in the UK. Kingsbridge is a busy little town and you may not get parking outside the cottage. The bedroom has a super king bed which can be divided into two singles.

The annexe is spacious and light, surrounded by beautiful nature and tranquillity. The perfect place to relax after a day's walking on Dartmoor. Suitable for couples, small families, solo adventurers, & well behaved furry friends

Shuttaford - Modern Rustic Barn in Dartmoor Valley

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.
