It is situated 5 miles away from the historic university city of Cambridge, which is easy to reach by car, bus or bike via a good cycle route. There is free on-street parking next to the studio. The guest house itself has a modern feel with a new bathroom, a table and chairs and a new, comfy queen-sized bed. You will also have access to a patio with an outdoor dining area and a pretty garden.

This is a lovely converted barn which we spent many years in and now have outgrown. The barn has one living & dining area, kitchen, hallway, one bathroom and 2 bedrooms. There is a small courtyard to enjoy sitting outside in the summer. We’re extremely close to Cambridge - you can cycle into the centre of town within 25 minutes along a path next to the river Cam. *We will potentially supply a couple of push bikes, if this is something you’re interested in please notify me in advance.

The studio is a non-smoking space, it has a kitchenette with fridge and microwave, a comfy chair, a king size bed, a bathroom with shower, and for any music lovers, a piano.

Get away from it all and stay at a country retreat, complementary breakfast basket, water, tea coffee sugar milk and biscuits and snacks. Fresh Pizza menu available, and wine or Prosecco for guests staying on a Friday or Saturday night. Not far from Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, village location offering two pubs in walking distance, very close to Clare, Long Melford and Lavenham.

The Hutch is a totally self contained, newly renovated annex attached to the back of our house. We are situated in the heart of the village, a short walk from a shop, cafe and the village pubs. We are only 13 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for anyone visiting or working in Cambridge or the surrounding area.
