This newly renovated annexe is self contained, and even though the living space is small, 4200mm x 3200mm, we have gone minimal to try and provide almost everything that guests would need, so there is a day bed with trundle in the lounge, storage cubes, small table and a tv on the wall. There is a small kitchen with a small worktop breakfast bar, fridge, Tower air fryer oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and sink unit. There is a separate shower room with toilet and basin with vanity unit.

Cam Cottage Cabin is right on the river and is accessed through courtyard gates. It is secluded and an isolated spot nestled in an acre and a half of grounds. It has a private balcony overlooking the River Cam where you can observe rowers, swans and herons gliding by. It is a 20-25 minute stroll along the river towpath into the historic centre of Cambridge or a ten minute bike ride. A Tesco local is 2 mins away, pizza pub and coffee bar and post office. Friendly Labradors roam freely.

There are steps down making it easy to launch paddle boards, kayaks or canoes. Why not be bold & try wild swimming or paddle up the river to the pub for a meal then spend your evening fishing from the deck or having a BBQ. There is an abundance of wildlife on the marina including geese, swans, kingfishers, muntjac deer, bats and on occasions otters.
