Highlights include the wood burner for keeping warm during the winter and the outdoor fire pit and tripod grill for cooking. There are lots of lovely walks on the farm and locally, along with a great pub. It is also 15 mins by car to the beach at Cooden, Bexhill.

This delightful self-contained retreat has a small foldaway double bed with bedding and towels, cooking area with single electric hob and microwave oven, and a bathroom with a flushing toilet and wash basin. There is an outside shower with hot water and outside eating area with fridge, sink and fire pit.

Wilderness Wagon is a bow top gypsy wagon which is located in Lindfield Rural. The wagon is located in the bottom corner of our acre garden. Guests enjoy their own private gated haven with the most incredible view of the wild field that adjoins our property. The outdoor area offers cooking amenities and an al fresco dining space. Ideal for dog walkers, bird watchers, outdoor & water lovers. The New Forest is about 30-40 mins away. We are between Southampton and Portsmouth.

There are two toilets, one larger with a shower and heated towel rail, a dining area, TV, an open plan kitchen area with dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas cooker with oven and grill, microwave, kettle, toaster. The caravan is double glazed and heated with fan heaters in each room.
