BnB in Barn with 2 ensuite Bedrooms

The Barn has a "retro/rustic/bunk house character" with exposed beams some dating from the Napoleonic Wars. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other has two single beds of which one is on long legs!), both have en-suite wet rooms and lead off the large living/play area. Sheets and towels are included. The kitchen area in the main room comprises an electric cooker, butler's sink, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer section, kettle and toaster, utensils and crockery. Complimentary beverages, breakfast cereals, eggs mostly from our own hens, homemade bread, jam and cake, milk and bacon are provided to kick start your stay. There is a full size table tennis table and bar football for the young at heart! The sitting area is around a cast iron wood burning stove has a digital TV with SKY and an Ikea sofa which makes up into a full size single bed. Background heating is provided by a state of the art computer controlled electric panel system and there are panels in each bedroom. Off street parking is on the shared pebbled yard next to the Barn. The Barn is accessed via a shared drive with the main house in which the hosts live. The drive has large metal gates separating it from the public park (Redland Green) over which there is a tarmacked access road leading from Redland Green Road. There is a children's play area near the house. Redland Green Farm is in a sylvan setting but is only one mile from the city centre and has good bus and train links with the main line stations. There are numerous eating and drinking establishments, shops and amenities within walking distance either on the Gloucester Road, Whiteladies Road, Cabot Circus, Broadmead, and Clifton.

Lovely apartment with pool, gym and woods

Close to the city centre and yet secluded set in woodlands overlooking the river, this is a 2 bedroom apartment attached to our house and we als rent out another flat in the house and both share the pool and hot tub with us. The flat is furnished with a mixture of vintage and contemporary. It has just been refurbished and has everything you will need. Free parking for one car and space on street for second car. Town is 15 mins on the bus/10 mins in the car -5 minute walk to the bus stop.

The Loft, St Catherine Stays, Bath.

A beautiful, private self-catering studio apartment set in sought after luscious green, exclusive and wild destination of St Catherine, just 20 minutes from World Heritage site city of Bath. Guests have exclusive use of private hot tub for en extra cost please see details below. There is a pet fee of £20 per pet. In summer months guests can hire fire bowl/barbecue and logs, for £20. All extras are to be pre-arranged with Ollivia and settled at the property. The place is 100% private.

The spacious flat can sleep 6 including the sofa bed - there is a lovely sitting room and 2 bedrooms - one with a super king bed and en suite shower, dressing area and work space. A big family bathroom. The apartment shares use of a swimming pool and hot tub. There's a 2 acre garden with basket ball hoop, football goal, trampoline, treehouse, wild woods. There's parking for 2 cars and an electric charger. We are close to the city although it feels as though we are in the countryside.
