Little Barn is an intimate hideaway, perfect for couples looking for cosy and characterful accommodation close to beaches and Dartmoor National Park. The one-bedroom barn conversion with wood-burner provides all you need for a romantic retreat. In addition, there’s a glazed chill-out room in a charming, single-storey building next door, which also provides a utility room with full laundry facilities and an additional toilet and shower. There is also a 0.5 acre garden with orchard and picnic spot

Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

Located in a small hamlet, yet within easy reach of many local attractions such as stunning beaches, coast paths and Dartmoor. The quaint towns of Kingsbridge, Totnes, Salcombe, and Dartmouth are nearby.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Very Large open space with high ceiling , large windows, walk out on the garden for stunning views overlooking the sea. Inside area includes one king size double bed and one smaller four poster double, An en-suite all inclusive shower room, dining table, big wood-burner, large wall mounted surround sound TV with Netflix, comfortable seating areas. BBQ area with great views.

Located on the edge of the pretty village of Landscove, just east of Dartmoor National Park, with a brilliant local pub and tearooms within walking distance and stunning rivers, beaches and historic towns nearby, it has everything you need to relax and recharge.

Shuttaford - Modern Rustic Barn in Dartmoor Valley

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.

The Courtyard

This recently refurbished space was designed to provide independently accessed guest accommodation for the main house and is available for the first time to visitors of the area looking for short term stays. Relax in rural tranquillity. Ideal for country walks, with the Dartmoor National Park on your doorstep. The river Plym only minutes away. Local good food pub a mile away. The aga adds a constant warm, cosy ambience to the cottage in the cooler months. The hot tub, right outside your back door, available 24/7 Dog secure garden with views.
