We have a great Lakehouse, more than just a place to sleep, like visiting a family cottage, good for couples or groups. We love to host visitors to the Michiana area: Niles, South Bend, Notre Dame, Andrews University, Lake Michigan. We are happy to host for ND games and graduation. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. There are 4 bedrooms, beds for up to 10 guests. There's a patio with lounge chairs, grill, picnic table, fire pit, and beach. We serve full breakfast. Come to the lake!

Quiet home in wooded area minutes from Notre Dame

There are three bedrooms available. The master bedroom has a queen bed and attached bath. The second bedroom has a full & twin bed, the third bedroom has a full bed. Both of these bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a half bath on the first floor. We live on the premises and also provide breakfast. We are 15 minutes from Notre Dame & the Indiana Toll Road exits and 30 minutes from Andrews University. Check for room availability, some rooms are available on reserved dates.

This cozy room has a built in queen platform bed, private bathroom with a new tiled shower and a barn door. It includes a delicious homemade breakfast at 8:30. We have lots of space in our home that invites you to relax, read a book, play a game, put a puzzle together, bird watch, enjoy hot cocoa by the fire or a glass of wine on the porch swing. South Haven is close by with many restaurants, beaches, hiking paths, bowling, movie theater and golfing right next door.

1st-Floor Room @ Bed & Breakfast (Morning Room)

In a quaint hillside building overlooking Lake Michigan, this cozy bed-and-breakfast offers stunning lake views, complete with gorgeous sunsets, from the sunroom, decks, and sprawling English garden. Less than a mile from Lions Park Beach and one mile from the shops and restaurants of downtown St. Joseph. The Morning Room is our smallest room, on the main floor near the entrance, and features a queen bed, electric heater, and private bathroom with shower.

Summer House Boutique Suite: the LoveShack

The LoveShack is a charming, private suite at Summer House Boutique B&B. Note: Breakfast is only served May- August. After Labor Day, coffee and pastry only. It’s only 15 min away from downtown Holland and close to Lake Michigan beaches. There are two suites: the Loveshack and Summer Sweet, which can be booked separately or together for larger groups. The Vintage Inn is a 5 bedroom bed and breakfast offering farm-to-table dining and boutique accommodations in a renovated farmhouse built in 1904. The 5-acre estate is conveniently located on the Kal-Haven trail, just 3 miles from Lake Michigan in the center of Southwest Michigan wine country. We are an adults only property.
