Take a break and unwind at Middle Park. We are 2km north of Exeter in the heart of the Tamar Valley on a 2.5 acre block. You will have your own entrance, a comfortable bedroom & ensuite, private deck with BBQ and kitchenette with washing machine. Craig, Ruth and Stella the dog live in the other half of the house with our own entrance. Plenty of good walks, wineries and museums locally. Decks on both the East and West side of the house so great for sunrise and sunset! A great place to relax!

Best value - by Far. Quiet location 3km from CBD. Comfortable modern house located in a quiet cul-de-sac with a westerly facing deck. A fantastic setting to view our regular spectacular sunsets. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, fully fitted kitchen and European laundry. Large open plan living, kitchen and dining area with two large bedrooms with queen size double beds.
