Our Beach house is located in South Venice, FL. This beautiful house has been completely renovated from top to bottom, nothing was spared. It has 2 Bedrooms & 1 Full Bathroom. The Main Bedroom has a King Size Bed, the 2nd Bedroom has 2 twin size beds, & in the living room we have a couch that converts into a bed. Full bathroom & shower with 2 sinks. Brand new washer & dryer that is accessible from the kitchen into the garage. New Outdoor paver patio with furniture & Blackstone cooktop.

Our beautiful vacation pool home is only 200 yds. from Shamrock Park with it's many walking and biking trails along the waterway, within ten minutes of 4 different beaches, just a 4 min. drive from a private beach and 10 mins. from the Brohard dog beach! Our private backyard wraps around our screened in pool/lanai. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with friendly neighbors. We have 2 full sized bedrooms as well as a smaller nook off from the garage that includes a full sized bed.
