Relax and unwind in this beautiful converted 1880s school. Plenty of original school features are still on display. Situated 15mins drive from the royal Welsh show ground in Builth, 15mins from Rhayader and the Elan Valley, 15mins from Spa town Llandrindod wells, just over an hour to Aberystwyth and west coast beaches, it is the ideal location! The house sits on the edge of a forestry leading up a hill with stunning views and lots of dog friendly walks/bike rides. Ideal for fishing in the Wye!

With its separate entrance, own parking space and sole use of riverside patio, it truly is a place to relax after a busy day exploring the area.

Y Cwtsh is a compact all-in-one studio space suitable for couples, solo travellers, or friends who are happy to share the bed. THE SOFA BED PULLS OUT INTO A DOUBLE BED TO SLEEP A MAXIMUM OF TWO PEOPLE. The deep soak Japanese Omnitub is accessed within the living space. Kitchen equipment and everything you need to self cater is provided. You’ll find a selection of teas, fresh coffee & seasoning for cooking. In the mini fridge, there are some continental breakfast items for you to enjoy.

Heated Shepherd’s Hut with private hot tub

The Shepherd’s hut and art room are close to the river. There are four self catering accommodations within the grounds each has access to their own hot tubs. The Shepherd’s hut has a shower and toilet, hair dryer, dressing gowns and a heater. Sole use of the Art room is included and has full cooking facilities, a fridge, a wood burning stove, table and sofa. It is an ideal escape for a romantic weekend. The garden is festooned with fairy lights and who are invited to feed the alpacas.

Jazz's cabin with hot tub sauna & cold plunge

Jazz's cabin is in a slight dip creating a private entrance and feel. The cabin is an upcycled storage container so some original features remain and it is a small cosy space. its basic for a back to nature experience with minor perks. I will never strip things back when it comes to nature for vanity purposes. Be sure to Read about the space fully upon booking as i try to be as transparant as i possibly can. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the peacefulness of been able to have the freedom to walk and explore our hills of mid wales, straight from your door..and only 45 mins to visit the seaside of Aberystwth.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).
