You can see Lake Huron and Iconic Southampton waterfront Flagpole from the end of the driveway. This charming 1930's 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, two story house has been completely updated with a chef level kitchen, new appliances, and outdoor landscaping with firepit.

Twelve people, two and a half baths, a perfect off-season getaway. Four minutes’ walk to the pub. Twenty minutes to the lit ice-skating trail at MacGregor Point.
