Magnifique petit chalet de 1968, à flanc de montagne au sein d'1 ensemble d'une quarantaine de chalets nichés au milieu de la végétation en zone espace naturel protégé à 1200m d'altitude. Pour les amoureux de la nature, 2km de station de ski et Mont-Dore, vue imprenable sur le Massif du Sancy/Capucin (large baie coulissante sur terrasse). Rénové en 2019 cuisine intégrée, salon avec cheminée à foyer fermé. En auto-gestion, ménage à faire au départ sinon à réserver à la conciergerie. 5 pers maxi.

The apartment is located on a new area of Lisbon called Parque das Nações, within a five minutes walking distance to the nearest Metro station, Oriente. In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro. The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.
