The Private Guest House is set on our property which is located on a corner (1.5 acre lot) close to the east side of Evansville. The convenient large circle drive makes it easy to enter and exit. The east side of Evansville offers Malls, Shopping, Restaurants, Bars, Entertainment, Gyms, Starbucks, and Theaters. The property is located only 10 minutes from Downtown and the Ford Center due to close proximity to Lloyd Expressway. Check out the Casino and Riverfront if you’re in the Downtown Area!

Welcome to Always Ranch where this unique tiny cabin offers you a tranquil spot to relax. You will be surrounded by nature and off the beaten path. The cabin may look like a lean to but the inside is rustic and warming. We are located 20 minutes form Salem, 20 minutes from Paoli and Paoli Peak, and 35 minutes from Frenchlick Casino The kitchenette includes mini fridge, microwave, double hot plate and, grill on the outdoor firepit or grill. Boats are NOT available for guests at this time

Chances are, you may spot wild turkey or whitetail deer scampering by.

Treehouse Retreat With a View of National Forest

This quaint apartment home is about five miles east of Bloomington and the IU Campus on Hwy 446. The property borders Hoosier National Forest and adjoins 8 miles of hiking trails, with just a short trek to Lake Monroe and a mile to Paynetown SRA. The living room has a wall of windows that looks out over the woods. A bright and airy kitchen w/ all major appliances is off of the living room. An interesting bedroom with a dormer and a large bathroom/ laundry room complete the home.

This is a four season resort/stay, with long summers and mild winters.

The dining table top is even made of wood from Shelby County’s own Bulleit Distilling Company.

Ideal, quiet place in the highlands. You have the apartment over the garage. You'll have a place all to yourself with most the amenities of your own home. Studio apartment with a balcony if you decide to hang out and relax for the evening. There is a cook top, but no oven in the kitchen. Park in the driveway in front of the garage. Pets are welcome, plz add them when booking.

Pine Tree Cottage is a cozy spacious efficiency apartment located at Woodcrest Farm. Our farm is a great location for a relaxing getaway. Walking trails and a relaxing garden and garden house is available for our guests. Woodcrest Farm is close to Hoosier National Forest, Spring Mill State Park and the Milwaukee Walking Trail, all within less than 1/2 hour traveling distance.

Garden Studio Guesthouse

Cozy & private, but close to the action! You’re a short walk to the Indiana University sports complex (Football, Basketball and Baseball), and you are a quick drive to the IU Campus, Downtown Bloomington, the IU Health Hospital, and Griffy Lake & Nature Preserve. The Garden Studio is located in a secluded backyard surrounded by gardens, pond and waterfall.
