Boasting stunning sea views of Devon from car park area (front of main residence) and countryside views of Gower and Brecon from the private, self contained holiday let next door, you will be able to enjoy peace, quiet and time to recharge both inside & outdoors in the spacious garden. The property is walking distance from some beautiful local beaches, Gower's coastal path and a short 15 minute walk to the shop/cafe/eateries.

Welcome to our cosy 1 bedroom ground floor annexe apartment, nestled in the heart of the lovely village of Pennard/Southgate. Located just a short walk to Pennard Castle, the stunning Three Cliffs Bay and Pobbles. Along with a golf club and course, local pub, cafes and convenience stores, a park, library and chemist. A perfect starting point for exploring Gower and beyond, we offer a parking space right outside and are a 1 minute walk to the bus stop which offers routes to and around Swansea.

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

The Old School House

The Old School House is a welcoming and beautifully presented cottage brimming with quality fixtures and fittings, where every effort has been made to retain as much history and character as possible. The Gower Hotel is just a stones throw away and the cottage is within walking distance of the delightful South Gower village of Bishopston. With two thriving village pubs, a well-stocked local supermarket and also well positioned for the 'off the beaten track' beaches of Pwll Du and Brandy Cove.

This is a 1 bedroom cabin and is not suitable for children or pets. Vehicular access to this listing is via a farm track with 3/4 of a mile of VERY BUMPY potholes. The first thing visitors notice is “the view”. The Bunkhouse offers a unique perspective on secluded Pwlldu Bay. Atop limestone cliffs, The Bunkhouse is nestled in Wales’ first AONB. Our property consists of two self contained flats, Ortari is on the ground floor. We are Perfectly located and within walking distance to Brandy Cove, Pwll Du and Caswell Bay, as well as being an easy drive or bicycle ride to every part of Gower, the furthest being only a 20 minute drive away, we have no idea how long by bike !! The lovely fishing village of Mumbles is just a 10 minute drive or a short trip on the local bus.
