The Riverhaus

Welcome to the Riverhaus! Established in 2020, this sanctuary was thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. This 2-acre gated estate with a 1,900 sqft home and 100' of waterfront on the Pedernales River sleeps 8 comfortably and boasts a private outdoor Biergarten as well as a cabinet of lawn games, two firepits, multiple seating areas, and a fleet of non-motorized boats to enjoy on the river. Situated on the upper level of the property is a spacious two-story home. Take advantage of numerous amenties including a gameroom, lending library, two work stations, Roku television, Wii gaming system and Yoga equipment. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two decks as you listen to the sound of windchimes and wildlife. On the lower level under a canopy of old Oak trees, you can roast s'mores on another firepit or walk down to the water's edge to fish, swim, kayak, canoe or paddleboard. Life jackets are provided (Two adult, four child, & two infant). ***Disclaimer*** River levels are currently very low at this time.

Enjoy a relaxing vacation in Dripping Springs! Our home is located about 11 minutes from downtown Dripping Springs and about 12 minutes from beautiful Hamilton Pool Preserve. We are a close distance to many wineries, breweries, and distilleries. The back yard has an amazing view of the hill country! Gatherings for events are an option but pre approval is required. Lake Travis Paradise is a Private Home that sits on more than an acre of waterfront property. The home is in a great location in the heart of the Texas Hill Country and sits where the Colorado River & Pedernales River merge with Lake Travis. Within walking distance to Stone House Vineyards, minutes from Cypress Valley Canopy Tours & Krause Springs. If you like to float, boat, tube, wakeboard, waterski or fish this location and area of the lake is known as the best for it all.

Tree House Tiny Home W/New Hot Tub

If you are looking for a unique experience outside of Austin, make your way to this vacation rental in Lakeway! This is a luxury tiny home with a well appointed interior, upscale appliances and a wealth of windows to pull the outdoors inside. While the location will feel secluded, this property is just 5 minutes to Briarcliff boat ramp community on Lake Travis. We are just 25 miles from downtown Austin. Two dogs allowed no cats or other animals. Pet fee of $25 non refundable.
