Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. This traditional family summer house is located in a beautiful bay of Bobovišće na moru (Bobovišće by the sea) on the island of Brač. Enjoy starry skies and clear blue sea less than 30 meters from the terrace surrounded by charming Mediterranean landscapes. The family house, Sunset Villa, sits in a prime location, isolated with magnificent views of the bay and neighbouring island of Šolta.
