Large Traditional Greek Townhouse with Courtyard

Townhouse 45 is an 18th century merchants house spread over three floors located in the Castro area of Skopelos Town, 5 minutes from harbour near the famous Church of Christos. Views of the sea, harbour and village. The house is situated in a pedestrianised area and is a short walk down to the port with its shops, bars and restaurants, or a walk up to free parking at Milos Square. Free internet, television, Netflix and Alexa. You will have the experience of living in a genuine Greek village.

Seahouse, 1 bedroom beach apartment with patio

A small (32 square meters) summer family house located on the beach of Megali Ammos. Wake up and jump straight to the sea, sleep with the sound of the waves. Outside siting area where you can have your lunch or dinner under the shade of the pomegranates and palm tree. Sun-beds on the terrace to relax and some that you can carry to the beach underneath. Nice cafes, restaurants located nearby at the beach. Please keep in mind that the Seahouse shares a terrace with the house next door.

Alisachne consists of two old, stone buildings that have been renovated by the owner architect and offer accommodation in 5 traditionally furnished rooms to two up to fourteen guests. The buildings feature breathtaking view of the sea, which is just 3 km away. The nearby beaches of Elitsa, Analipsi and Ovrios are amid the most beautiful and naturally preserved in Pelion. The groundfloor of the main building includes one double bedroom, kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and separate WC.

Εξαιρετικό στούντιο 50 m² σε παραδοσιακό αρχοντικό στο κέντρο της Σκοπέλου. Είναι πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο και χωροταξικά διαμορφωμένο με έμφαση στην άνετη διαμονή σας. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από το λιμάνι (185 μέτρα) μόλις και σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από σούπερ μάρκετ, αλλά και από χώρους διασκέδασης. Η πιο κοντινή παραλία του νησιού βρίσκεται στα 600m. Το πλεονέκτημα της τοποθεσίας του είναι ότι βρίσκεται σε πολύ ήσυχο, γραφικό αλλά ταυτόχρονα και κεντρικό σημείο.

La maison est protégée du bruit de la rue principale et de ses bars et tavernes animées. Au pied du village, des plages encore sauvages ou aménagées.

It’s on the ground floor of a traditional stone house, under Yellow Nest on the first floor of the building. There’s a nice outside area -yard- for you to enjoy your coffee/drink. We restored this old dwelling with great care and respect aiming not to "betray" its history and charm. The ground floor has been reformed to a functional 45 m2 apartment with a private entrance. Simple but elegant, it can accommodate visitors with interest in the culture of a place as expressed through the local craftsmanship; and it will be a great pleasure for us to help them discover Skopelos in the best way.
