Our cozy cottage is a perfect get-away for your next vacation, visit with family, work trip, staycation or weekend getaway. You will instantly be set at ease as you enter our home featuring wonderful décor, detailed craftsmanship and lots of amenities to make your stay relaxing and memorable.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful rustic resort getaway! D.C., Richmond, Lake Anna, Colonial Beach, Fredericksburg battlefields, Kings Dominion, and the Raceway are all just a short drive away for vacationing fun! OR stay & play at the cabin with the hot tub, walking trails, firepit, outdoor games, bumper pool, arcade games, connect 4 hoops, theater room, and lots of places to relax! Boat & RV parking available. A little bug spray recommended. Other amenities are available (ask us!).

The Lake Lodge: Private Slip, Lake Access, Hot Tub

Welcome to the Lake Lodge! You're invited to this peaceful retreat among a canopy of trees. The home is a 3 minute walk to the lake (public side), with a private slip, HOA sitting area, & boat ramp. When you aren't admiring the lake views from the HOA dock, savor the forested yard with built in firepit, cozy hot tub, & gigabit WIFI. After a long day of fishing, boating, or hiking, the home welcomes you with a stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, TVs in each room & a soaking tub. Relaxation awaits!

Historic House Close to Fredericksburg

Travel back in time nearly 200 years and stay at the Bazil Gordon House -built by America's first millionaire. Circa 1820, this house started as the private home of Bazil Gordon a short walk from his trading outpost in Historic Falmouth, VA directly on the Rappahannock River. The house has also been a civil war hospital, a stop on the underground railroad, a tavern, an excavation site that found venetian trade beads in the back yard, and it is now completely remodeled in 2021 to host guests.

The Carriage House at Kings Crossing is a recently renovated and tastefully furnished three bedroom/two bathroom home. Its unique charm captures a contemporary rural feel, next to the heart of historic Fredericksburg! King's Crossing is nestled between downtown Fredericksburg and the battlefields; you will find that getting to local attractions is an easy drive. Additionally, we are within 1 hour of DC, Richmond, and Shenandoah.
