Whispering Waters offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy your time spent away from home. It is a four room cabin adjacent to Caney Fork Creek, which feeds into the South Harpeth River in Fernvale. The cabin easily hosts four guests. The queen size bed is complimented by a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps two as well. It's an intimate space located in a lovely setting. Beautiful, peaceful modern farmhouse on an acre with a fenced yard, mature trees ample parking and a washer/ dryer. The home sits in a lovely quiet neighborhood close to downtown Franklin, and a short drive to all the sites Nashville has to offer. We are pet friendly, but do not allow parties. The backyard has plenty of shade so you can enjoy grilling with your friends & family. Please be respectful to our neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm.

Our very cool one bedroom apartment (950 sf) is above our 3 car garage. Our home is a 5 acre farm with chickens, sheep and gardens. If you come in the summer you can pick your own blueberries. There is a beautiful patio with a fireplace where is a pleasure to just seat and drink your coffee or a glass of wine. We really have the best of both worlds; peacefulness of country with the convenience of town!
