Newly remodeled Barndominium nestled on acreage in Cave Springs. Features large deck and patio that backs up to a large wooded lot. All of this is less than 3 miles from a plethora of upscale shopping and dining establishments, Walmart Amp, Top Golf, Rogers Convention Center and the Pinnacle shopping area all under 5 minutes away. XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

Two bedroom, living room with television, full kitchen and bath. Perfect get away for the weekend or a vacation in NW Arkansas. Also a short 35 min drive to Dixon street near U of A in Fayetteville and only 40 minutes to downtown Rogers or Bentonville. War Eagle marina is less than a mile away. Sorry, no pets due to host's pet allergy.

Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Moonlight on the White is a one-bedroom cabin with 4 private acres on the banks of the White River, just minutes from downtown Fayetteville and Springdale. As you arrive at the cabin, you first notice the spacious front deck with private hot tub overlooking the tranquil river setting. Frequent wildlife sightings and the peaceful river view allow for a true vacation. We are 5 miles from I-49, 9 miles from XNA, around 20 minutes from UofA & 19 miles from John Brown University. Located in a low key neighborhood just a few blocks from Emma Street (downtown Springdale), one block to the Razorback Greenway on Park St. that provides access to Fayetteville, Bentonville, Rogers and Bella Vista. The Greenway provides a safe place to explore the area by walking, running or cycling.
