Our quiet studio has everything you need for your Eugene visit. The unit comes with AC, washer/dryer, and a gorgeous outside patio. There is 1 off-street parking spot available. Our home is within walking distance (about 0.6 miles) to Hayward field and the 19th Ave neighborhood commercial area. You are close to a plethora of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores, as well as the best ice cream & dessert places in town. If you are coming to visit the UofO college campus this is the studio for you!

Located behind our house and a block’s walk to over 13 miles of paved bike paths along the beautiful Willamette River, this charming, exquisitely remodeled country cottage, has a classy rustic vibe. Just a 5 min. walk to Toxic Burger, Countryside Pizza, Twin Dragon and a bicycle rental shop, 5 min. drive to a couple local breweries/eateries & just a short drive to downtown and UO. Bear Cottage

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located home away from home. The Cottage is a new build in a quiet neighborhood within 20 min. of just about everything in the Eugene/Springfield area. It boasts a covered front porch w/ outdoor seating, kitchenette w/ small appliances, sink and light snacks, a brand new heating/cooling unit and wifi. The Cottage is conveniently located 5 min. from Autzen Stadium by car (30 min walk) along walk/bike paths and 3/4 mile from the Shoppes at Gateway.

Starlight Guesthouse

The Starlight Guesthouse is an artistic, musical space in a serene garden patio set in the heart of the Whitaker neighborhood, walking distance to amazing restaurants, craft breweries, and tasting rooms. The guesthouse includes two spacious bedrooms with a piano and guitar, shared bathroom with heated floors, entryway with bar, mini fridge, tea station and microwave. The outdoor patio has a NEW HOT TUB, lounge area, dining table and chairs. Access to laundry facilities. ADA accessible.

Situated in a large grassy yard, the house features a fully equipped kitchenette, vaulted ceiling and roomy bathroom. Set up studio-style, the two comfortable queen beds can be curtained off from main living area for privacy. Small pets welcome by prior arrangement. We are located in the South Hills of Eugene. Close to U of O with easy driving access to amenities. The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Unwind in a peaceful, natural Oregon setting, we look forward to hosting you.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located space. Easy walking access to downtown Springfield eateries, stores & the Willamette River trail. Less than 3 miles from UO, 1 to Riverbend Hospital. Direct bus lines close by. Our guest space (about 300 square feet) sits cozy within our .3 acre garden yard. We’ve aimed to make it self sufficient - with fridge, hot plate, microwave with pizza oven, coffee making options, etc.-and we’re always happy to help if you need anything!

An additional queen size cabinet bed is in the living room area and can be used upon request. Off-street parking. NO SMOKING OR VAPING PLEASE.

Enjoy this cute & cozy tiny home equipped to make your vacation comfortable & convenient. Our house is located within walking distance to the U of O, Hayward Field & Matthew Knight Arena. Just a few minutes from either downtown Eugene or Springfield. We are also located close to Hendricks Park, a beautiful rhododendron & native plant garden. Supermarket, many great restaurants & easy access to I-5 all very close by. Spanish, French & English are spoken. All are welcome here!

Come enjoy this charming, quiet, and private guesthouse located in the heart of Eugene. Close to bus lines to Hayward Field and campus. Pubs, patisseries, food truck hubs, shopping, and hiking trails — are just blocks away. The Alley House is accessed through an alley via a coded entry security gate. There is space for private parking for 1 car with free additional on-street parking. The Alley House features a full kitchen and roomy bathroom. Come relax and enjoy Eugene!

Beryl’s Bungalow is a private Studio apartment adjacent to our shop across from our house. As guests you will enjoy Privacy, plenty of parking, beautiful views of mountains & creek. The bungalow is pet friendly:) We are 20-30 minutes from everything Springfield/Eugene. I am a University of Oregon Alum and former Duck Athlete. We Follow our Ducks faithfully and enjoy meeting fans of our opponents:)
