The Marion is in a quiet residential area. An elementary school is behind the home. The 253 sqft space has a desk/chair TV sofa bed w/2 ottomans twin bed bathroom kitchenette & closet. The M is located next to the carport. The end of the driveway has parking directly outside the door of The M on the right side of the red bud tree. The M will be directly to your left. Additional outside areas include the round paver patio & the oak tree covered front yard is a shared space with The Grand Marion.

A stylish and cozy, South Eugene Guesthouse Studio. 1 mile south of the UofO campus and 3 miles south of Autzen Stadium. Ask about our Tesla Y rental and/or electric bikes to explore the city's extensive bike path system (message for availability), attend a UofO event OR enjoy this beautiful city! Come sip your morning coffee on the outdoor patio and enjoy a "secret garden" like setting. A child travel crib can be provided upon request and the electric bikes can be fitted with a toddler seat!

You will love our art studio, it's a little off the beaten path but super quite, safe and you can see deer grazing in the pasture. The studio offers self check-in/out has it's own little yard. The studio is great for short or longterm stays, business travelers, families, and furry friends (dogs). 1000 sq. feet with natural light and high ceilings with two private rooms. Master bed has Bamboo sheets from Cozy Earth. We live in the house and are generally available to help with anything.

Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Unwind in a peaceful, natural Oregon setting, we look forward to hosting you.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located space. Easy walking access to downtown Springfield eateries, stores & the Willamette River trail. Less than 3 miles from UO, 1 to Riverbend Hospital. Direct bus lines close by. Our guest space (about 300 square feet) sits cozy within our .3 acre garden yard. We’ve aimed to make it self sufficient - with fridge, hot plate, microwave with pizza oven, coffee making options, etc.-and we’re always happy to help if you need anything!
