With four professional food trucks, a natural food store, restaurants, breweries/wineries/distilleries, a pizzeria, and coffee shops, all right outside your door or within a few blocks! Please keep in mind this is a livelier part of town, with night-life and train tracks nearby. Most have no issues but very light sleepers should be aware.

On-site parking provided. Self check-in with digital, keyless entry with unique code for each reservation. It's a separate space attached to the main house where my family lives. Studio 88 is a high-end studio apt. just 3 blocks from campus in the area’s best UofO neighborhood. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and quiet. It is an entirely separate 400sf living space with complete privacy. There is a King bed with high-end luxury mattress, full kitchen and private outdoor space. There is no carpet and we clean all counter and other such surfaces with disinfectant for each guest. Great restaurant options are just a short walk away. We do not allow dogs (sorry).

You'll feel like you're in a nest in the trees while staying in this freshly remodeled studio adjoining our personal home in South Eugene. Near town and close to all the necessary amenities, you'll still feel tucked away and in your own little retreat spot. With a full kitchen at your disposal, you'll be able to stop by any of the local farmer's markets and come home to make a beautiful fresh meal. If working from home is your thing, we've got fast wifi and a perfect spot to focus in.

River Road Refuge

Quiet and close to downtown Eugene, this guest house has the tranquility of it's farming past. Its a short stroll to the Willamette River (stop by Ciderlicious on the way!) & pathway to the Whittaker Neighborhood and the downtown. Easy access from the 569 Beltline too. Guests have their own entrance and back deck and bathroom. There is a small refrigerator to use in the room. We provide coffee, a variety of teas and snacks. We are a retired couple, not a corporation in the Airbnb business.

Charming 250 sq. ft. South Eugene bungalow guest loft with private exterior entrance (10 steps up), ideal for 1 guest. Full private bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.* Queen-size cabinet bed with comfortable memory foam mattress, bamboo cover, quality linens. *Though bathroom ceiling height is 7’6” at highest level, please note that angled ceilings in shower may provide less-than-ideal head space for guests on the tall side. Shower head is removable/hand-held for added convenience.

The Shed in Hayden Bridge

"THE SHED", a private, attached STUDIO with barn-like accents. There's a Kureg coffee machine, MINIMAL kitchenette equipped with dishes, sink, microwave and small fridge (NO cooktop or stove), LARGE KING BED with individual cotton duvet covers lofted over a cool, memory foam mattress. Great high speed WIFI, a 42-inch flat screen TV with LOCAL channels ONLY or you may access your Apple TV account. The back deck overlooks our beautifully landscaped backyard and quaint chicken coup.
