This perfectly positioned house is deceptively spacious and offers the holiday maker wonderful views of the sea. Our little house is located just 1 mile from the Fennes Wedding estate. Just a short drive from Gosfield Hall, The compasses, Houchins & Leez Priory. Carey House is perfect for wedding guests wanting a larger space to stay together. With 4 bedrooms sleeping 7 - 8 guests, a large family entertainment space & garden. With stunning countryside views to the rear. The house also has its own dedicated dressing room for bridal parties needing a large space to get ready together + we’re dog friendly

There is free onsite parking for one car. There are two bedrooms, one has a king size bed and the other has two singles. The Hoops

A beautiful, characterful, rustic old house…. in the heart of the town. An easy, short walk to the High Street for pubs, restaurants and local amenities. The Hoops is set back off the main road on a narrow lane, with parking for a few cars. The Hoops has a historic feel with wood beams and uneven floors and ceilings, two wood burning stoves for chilly evenings, plus modern gas central heating. Plenty of space for 6 people, with 3 good sized bedrooms, a large kitchen and a cozy snug!

Welcome to our newly refurbished, luxury house. Situated in a 17th Century Manor House, this self-contained house benefits from its own private entrance, private garden and a games room. There are over 80 acres of gardens/countryside and a 3km woodland trail for you to explore. Located on the rural Essex / Suffolk border, we are just 3 miles from Colchester the oldest recorded town in Britain.

HOPE COTTAGE - contemporary and comfortable

Hope Cottage was fully renovated to a high standard by the current owner. It has a fully open plan living dining kitchen area opening out on to a south facing garden and is within a 2 minute walk from Harbour Streets stylish shops and bars and close to the Beach. The house sleeps 5 comfortably, but the bed in front room does fold out to a double, but there is not much space left in room.

Beautiful spacious cottage home with wood burner

Immaculately presented is this three double bedroom cottage with original parts dating back to the 1600's. Guests will welcome the original features, the homely feel and the high quality of the fixtures and fittings. Outside there is a well kept, large sunny patio with gas BBQ and sufficient dining seating for all guests. Parking for multiple cars.
