Ft. studio apartment has an additional 10 Ft. x 20 Ft. deck/balcony out front overlooking the Celo Valley with a spectacular view of the Celo and Black Mountain ranges (see photos). The Penland School of Crafts is 3 miles away and the beauty of the campus can not be beat. We are halfway between Boone and Asheville for all that these two towns offer.

Mountain View, walking trails, water falls etc. Mineral Museum, Rock Capital of the world. The cabin was built several years ago. After I had discovered Little Switzerland and fell in love with the area. Richard my son and I built the cabin. My wife and I both work in a School system so we were able to spend all summer there and many weekends. So there not much time available to share the cabin. As we aged we use the cabin very little and decided other might enjoy it like we did.

One-bedroom cabin w/ air conditioner, heaters, queen bed, full kitchen, living area, and bathroom with hot shower & indoor dry-flush toilet (does not use water). TV, Wifi, linens, dishes, coffee/tea, breakfast foods, fridge/freezer, microwave, fire pit, picnic table, and more! Just minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway! Explore our 5 acre property and visit the small pond in back. Please ensure pets are leashed - we have ducks. The hosts also live on the property in a separate house.
