The Upper Deck is the top flat of our duplex we call the Manitou. The Upper Deck has a queen bed in one bedroom, queen bed and single bed in a second bedroom, and a spacious living room. It has a well equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances and microwave; there is a set of stairs up to the unit and an outside deck. The apartment has a large bay window with amazing ocean views across the front lawn. This unit is open year-round. Guests have access to the resort boardwalk and beach access.

Crow's Nest

Welcome to Crow's Nest, a lovely two-bedroom year-round, vacation rental in Lubec, Maine. Nestled in the heart of Lubec village, Crow's Nest is located on the second floor of a newly renovated, spacious century-old building. Crow's Nest is within walking distance of restaurants, shops and bars as well as moments from attractions like Quoddy Head State Park (easternmost point in the contiguous United States), FDR International Park on Campobello Island, Mowry Beach Preserve and hiking trails.

Beautiful Lake House on Bog Lake in Northfield, Maine. Northfield is perfectly located 40 miles from the Canadian border, 18 miles from the ocean, 10 miles from historical Machias and 2 hours from Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park. The lake is perfect for swimming and has a very shallow, sandy grade, making it safe for younger swimmers. There is excellent fishing for bass, trout and salmon! Several windows face the water and give you breath-taking views of the lake and its amazing sunsets.

Ground floor apartment, 2 beds with deck

This unit is called Bricklin (#15), celebrating the New Brunswick famous sportscar, is a one-bedroom apartment in our Denley House. The unit is in a building containing four other separate apartments, at Seaside Beach Resort. This historic space has a queen and single in the bedroom, a kitchen with full-sized appliances, walk-in shower and a large deck which it shares with the unit next door. Guests also have access to the firepit, oceanfront boardwalk, and direct access to the beach.

Oceanfront 2-bedroom apartment

Swell (#9) is a two-bedroom apartment unit in our building GreenBar, which houses our office and residence. It has a queen bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. There is a large, open kitchen with full-sized appliances and a dining area - great choice for a group who likes to cook some of meals during their stay. This unit is on the ground floor (one step entry) with a front deck. Guests also have access to our oceanfront boardwalk, BBQs and stairs to the beach.

Our oceanfront cottage 'Tides' is a 2-story house, at Seaside Beach Resort. It has queen beds in two bedrooms, a double bed and single bed in a third bedroom. There is a open living space and kitchen with full-sized appliances, microwave and dishwasher - perfect for groups who want to cook meals together. Enjoy the spacious deck and a views across the lawn to the Bay of Fundy. On the grounds of Seaside Beach Resort, there are BBQs, a fire table and stairs to the beach.
