When our son got married we converted our hay barn into a wedding venue with a built-in apt for them to use for a short time. It's now available for you to enjoy! The apt has one king bedroom with a full bath, a living area, full kitchen, half bath, a covered deck area along with an open deck area, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the farm, such as our stocked fish pond. We are in the country, but close to the interstate and the city of Oneonta. It's the perfect, peaceful country getaway!

The TinyBarn at Covenant Woodlands is a lofted 350 sq ft glamping cottage in the piney woods of AL. Made with love from locally reclaimed upcycled materials. Equipped with modern appliances that fit the nostalgic cabin vibe: an electric wood burning stove and red retro kitchen appliances complimented by bear & moose accent decor. We made our space unique with a kitchenette to encourage local dining, however our kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave that is also an air fryer and convection oven. We are also a happy host of our local talent with paintings and crafts to encourage shopping local.

Clovers Cabin

Clover's cabin is a very cozy little place on Straight Mountain on a very curvy road. Update: We now have WIFI. Beautiful view in the winter, you can see for miles. Lots of tree coverage in the summer, which brings privacy. It sits about 200 feet from our home. A nice quiet place other than the animal noises. You can hike right out the back door. Please read entire guest manual under INFO FOR GUESTS, POST-BOOKING DETAILS. Give Code word to confirm it was read. Thank you

The Goat Farm Cottage at South of Sanity Farms

This is a great space for a family looking to escape the busyness of life and give the kids a hands on farm experience. Guests can roam around on their own or tag along as we do our daily chores and learn about all of the different animals. There is a pond that you can fish, canoe, kayak, or paddle boat in. We also have a fire pit, above ground pool, and even a chapel to give you the relaxing getaway that we all need from time to time.
