Near the Benton Harbor Arts District, downtown St Joe, this cottage is surrounded by local restaurants, breweries, wineries, golf courses and shops. The beach is a year round destination, each season has its own wonders. Note: no TV, and WiFi can be spotty due to hills. Expect 90+ tiered steps to the sandy beach below. AC upstairs, original claw footed tub.

House of Zen: Peaceful Modern Cabin on Tryon Farm

The House of Zen is an architect designed home situated in the woods, part of a sustainable farm community on 170 acres. Only an hour drive from Chicago, and close to Indiana Dunes National Park, it is the ultimate escape. The perfect getaway for couples, creatives and nature lovers who want some peace, quiet and space. Explore the farm trails & enjoy the wildlife and soothing sounds. Note: We have a 3 night minimum stay during summer, but open up 2 night stays 1-2 weeks before if possible.

Quiet Grand Mere Coach House on Lake Michigan

The Coach House is in an eclectic neighborhood on Lake Michigan. Grand Mere State Park is a year around beautiful place for hiking by small lakes and through beautiful sand dunes. A small beach is a 2 minute walk away. The family room and kitchen face Lake Michigan with lots of windows. The house has a queen bedroom, queen pullout in family room, and laundry. A gas FIRE PIT and a HOT TUB are located on the back patio directly on Lake Michigan with a spectacular view behind the main house.

The Birdhouse – quiet luxury, walk everywhere

The Birdhouse is on a quiet wooded ravine steps from restaurants, shopping and a lovely 0.7 mile walk to the beach. This home hosts 4 guests only, including infants. Enjoy a screened-in porch with views to the woods, an outdoor eating area with grill, lovely terrace with firepit and laundry room. Bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. The bathroom features a luxurious rain shower with hand shower for junior guests. To allow our cleaning crew time to prepare, we're unable to offer early check-ins.

The Hideaway on Mitchellii Lane

A completely furnished apartment in the basement of our log home (our main residence) on 5 acres of woods above beautiful Shavehead Lake. Entrance into the apartment through a screened in porch and double French doors provides privacy and space to relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoor landscape. A large egress window allows natural sunlight into the bedroom on the opposite side of the wall from the kitchen/dining room/living room. High speed internet & YouTubeTV provide entertainment options.

Tucked away sophisticated cabin in the heart of Downtown Union Pier. Killer location that's just steps away from dining and drinks: Black Current Bakery, Neon Moon Gelato, Union Pier Market, and Union Pier Social. Townline Beach is a 10 minute walk, and the cabin is right off the bike path. Seeds Brewery is just down the road and local Wineries are 1 mile away. Back home enjoy a relaxing hot tub (available year round), wood burning fire place, spacious screened in porch & outdoor fire pit.

Lola's Pine Tree Cottage is a uniquely perfect old-school Michigan Beach cottage, with modern amenities! Enjoy the quiet of 1.5 acre of combined yard and forest (with friendly deer and wills turkeys!); walk to the beach; snuggle in front of the fire! A perfect hideaway, fall, winter, spring, or summer! Close to all the charms and amenities of Sawyer, Three Oaks, Union Pier, New Buffalo, and St. Joes. Excellent writing retreat, we’ve been told, and a sweet spot for a romantic getaway!

Amenities Include heat, A/C, cable & wi-fi. Full access to shared yard, boathouse . Use of a fire pit. Use our 2 kayaks or fish off the dock. Walk to quaint downtown Paw Paw with restaurants, bars, breweries and wineries.

Updated 2021 new carpet & kitchen with granite, stainless stove, & Sink. Lake Chapin is all sport lake with good fishing, bring the boat and water toys or forget bringing anything and enjoy the lakeside fire pit, paddle boat and kayaks that we provide. Stocked with linens, towels, kitchenware, charcoal grill.

This getaway is Located Downtown NB in the central business district with plenty of parking. It’s One street over from the main strip and within walking distance to the beach and marina, Amtrak. Private screened in porch with gas fire pit! Rent bikes, boats, and kayaks - half a block away. Restaurants, breweries, bars (including The Stray Dog and Casey's), ice cream parlors ( Oink's), Barney's (grocery), and the Amtrak Downtown stop is a quick 2 block walk.
