Raquette Lodge

Ultimate privacy in this 2,800 sq. ft. log home on 16 acres of wilderness waterfront. Located in the NW region of the Adirondack foothills, the Raquette Lodge sits on a section of Raquette River which has been dammed to create a pristine lake. The lake is excellent for swimming & fishing. This property includes a dock with a pontoon boat (9.9 hp), kayaks and paddle boards. Also at the water's edge you will find a hot tub, sand volleyball court, ping pong table, fire pit & ample outdoor seating.

It is spacious, tastefully furnished, and conveniently located within 1 mile of downtown Potsdam. Our guests can also enjoy the scenic Raquette River, with kayaks available for use. For those seeking extra indulgence, the apartment also features a private hot tub and courtyard. There is a shared igloo, putting green, pickleball court, and beach area.

Enjoy private eight acres and 180 degree views as you relax next to the fireplace. Soak in the hot tub overlooking the lake. Play games on the lawn. Stargave around the firepit. Enjoy an afternoon taking in local attractions within an hours drive (Canada, 1000 Islands and Adirondacks). Dog friendly (limited two; $150 disclosed or $300 if undisclosed).

Lake Bonaparte Enjoy your private peninsula with 500 feet of shoreline. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the Sandy water just steps away. Relax in the sun and enjoy a nice fire for smores. Unwind in the hot tub and outdoor shower to rinse. The lake has many species of fish that can be caught whether by land or water. Boat rental is available. Forgot something probably have it for you. This is a very unique property we want to share with you and your family

Adirondack Area, Trout Lake, Waterfront Cottage

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The deck is nestled into the rock and is surrounded by pines, giving a sense of being a part of nature with spectacular views of Trout Lake and the evening sunsets. On the deck's first level is a new, large barbecue grill and dining table. The second level has an electric hot tub with jets. Also included in rental is a 9.9 hp pontoon boat, 2 paddle board and 5 kayaks. 3 night min during off season and weekly Saturday to Saturday during peak

Canary house

Wonderfully updated ranch style home located just outside the village. Clarkson University is 1/2 mile down the road. It has a sunken living room and boasts a fireplace, large wall television. Renting 1 room with comfy trundle bed and standing desk. Also renting 1 comfy queen bed. Rooms have several windows allowing the sunlight to brighten each room. Outside there is a large deck, with a six person hot tub, and fire pit areas.

Any event over 8 people will be charged for the event lasting one day events carried into the second day will be applied accordingly as a 2 day event charge , Events start at 1000.00 per day with a new pavilion seating 75 people tables and chaired provided !

Higley Flow Loon Landing

Loon Landing is located on the beautiful Higley Flow reservoir. near the Adirondack Park for beautiful views, boating, swimming, the hiking trails, ski slopes and cross-country ski trails. There is dock space for a boat and kayaks. This is a place to relax, enjoy the water and scenery. (Not for spring break). We prefer a 2 night minimum stay.
