The large garden is equipped with a cabin for ski and bicycle storage. The location is excellent: in just a few minutes you can walk to the town center (with supermarket and pharmacy), the beginners' ski slope and the enchanting Irenberg forest. Small pets are allowed.

From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. Within 300m you will find a pharmacy, a supermarket, a butcher shop, a bakery, cafes, pizzaservice, tennis courts and an ice skating rink in the winter. There is a car parking in front of the house. Other free parking is available nearby.
