Public transportation is also easily accessible, enabling you to explore the entire city with ease. The surrounding offers: Parliament, Burgtheater, Rathauspark, Volksgarten, University, Volkstheater, Christmas Markets, Heldenplatz and much more.

Bunker Studio

Exceptional Souterrain Studio which witnesses history. Cool without air-condition! The brick building was built in 1906 for the KrauseCo company. The company built vehicles for a century and moved out in 2005. In World-war 2, a Bunker was installed which is in it's original state today. Kitchen and Furniture where chosen to fit to not to long gone times . 5 minutes to the river - Danube 2,2km to the giant ferris wheel (Prater) 16 minutes to Schwedenplatz by U1 (1st district).

This charming, modern apartment in Bo-Ho style in a newly built complex with beautiful views onto the Danube Canale is the perfect apartment for a Vienna getaway. The apartment is located in the 3rd Disctrict of Vienna, only minutes away from the green Prater and the city centre. Public transportation is great; the metro U3 (Kardinal-Nagl-Platz) is only a short walk away, and from there its only 4 stops to the famous Stephansdom.

The around 30m² large studios are located in the fully converted attic of the Art Nouveau house.
