This 20m2 apartment studio has been modernly renovated in a historic tenement building, offers a stylish and comfortably furnished room with an open kitchen and en-suite bathroom. From the large window there is a view of the tenement's patio. Our place is just a 5 minute walk to the Presidential White House (the Belvedere) and the Royal Łazienki Park. So this makes it a quiet and safe neighborhood! The room has a spacious wardrobe, a coffee table and workplace. The apartment has been tastefully designed with great attention to detail. It is a unique place for special guests. ✔The lighting was specifically designed to allow guests to choose from a variety of illumination according to their appropriate mood. It creates that superb moment for working, having an evening drink after a long day or reading that addictive novel of yours in bed. The goal was to blend the art of time into a single space, combining the history “the old”, with modern necessities. You will also find a coffee area with a Nespresso coffeemaker and electric kettle, a refrigerator and freezer. You may also choose public communication which is all around. ✔The closest bus stop is 35m, tram station is 60m, taxi point is in front of the main entrance. To the nearest metro station is 800m (12 min on foot). ✔There are bicycle rentals everywhere (closest across the street from the apartment building). Hi, welcome to the Downtown, our beloved neighbourhood. We would like to invite you to a cosy flat that we renovated ourselves, putting a lot of heart into it. Hoża 19 is a great starting point for exploring the city, both on foot and by public transport. From the Central Railway Station you can get here in 10 minutes by direct bus, and to the Old Town in 15 minutes you can take a tram from the stop 250 m away. You can walk to the Centrum metro in 10 minutes and to the Lazienki Park in 20 m.
