As there are 2 flights of steep stairs (one without a banister) between the bedrooms and the bathroom the house isn’t suitable for those with restricted mobility. Logs are not provided but are available to buy locally.

Hi, my name is John and I have lived in the Market Deeping area for 25 years. This was our family home and its location is perfect for all the things that you will need. The town has loads of good pubs, restaurants and takeouts plus there is a spa shop at the end of the road. For bigger shops there is a large Tesco’s and children’s playground for the kids within a 10 minutes walk. Freshly decorated for the 2021 season!

Short walk from the railway station. The cottage is ideal for a couple or group of 3. Being in town, there are daytime background noises of a a nearby laundry and occasional workman in the area but people don't generally find these a problem.
