Completely remodeled, comfortable and cozy large suite in historic St. Charles Hotel, downtown Carson City across from State Capitol. Private room with bath and kitchenette, other rooms available! Accessed by stairs only (no elevator!), on second floor. Located on McFadden Plaza, walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Our guests tell us this is the best location in Carson City, in the heart of downtown! We have many happy permanent residents so if you need an extended stay, just ask us!

Our vibrant Inn was recently renovated with a classic, retro flair and is ideally located within a short drive to all of Tahoe's best attractions. Guests will be treated to knotty pine finishes, colorful accents, and tasteful mountain decor. After a full day of outdoor recreation you'll be happy to return and cuddle up by the fireplace, prepare a meal at the kitchenette or order takeout from one of the many eateries within walking distance. White House Inn Genoa - Cottage

The Cottage is our most popular room featuring a fully equipped kitchen. The room features a small living area with a gas fireplace for those cozy winter nights. Air conditioning is provided for your comfort in the summer. A gated patio is available for this dog-friendly room. We do require a $35 cleaning fee per visit when you bring your fur baby. Cable TV and free wifi, truly make this your home away from home. Surrounded by beautiful pasture and mountain views.

Our cozy queen studio cabins, #2-#5 are approximately 250 square-feet, max capacity 2. These studios feature a queen size bed, mini fridge, microwave, custom made cabinetry, seating area by the window, bathroom with shower/bathtub combination, closet, coffee service and hair dryer. Please include children in the total number of guests. No pets allowed in this room, no extra guests, non-smoking property.
