Second Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed and a 50” Flat Screen TV. The Third Bedroom has a Twin Daybed with a Twin trundle and a 43” Flat Screen TV. The spacious Living room has plenty of seating and a 55” Flat Screen TV. Beautiful fenced backyard with a fire pit and Blackstone BBQ Grill.

It is located in a quiet part of town but still close enough to everything. Two breweries within walking distance, historic downtown just 3 blocks away. Plenty of restaurants and nightlife just around the corner Campus is just a 5 minute drive. Relax in our mid-century modern home away from home and take in a little Stilly while you're here!

One of few houses permitted to legally host short-term in Stillwater. - Situated in a quiet neighborhood in east Stillwater, a short drive to OSU. This home has three regular standard size bedrooms (one with its own half bath), plus a small single room and open loft that looks out over the living room. Sleeping rooms surround the living room with it's high ceiling and kitchen. IMPORTANT: There are strict limits on unrelated occupants, parking, and commercial activity.

Whether you're coming in to cheer on our Cowboys, visit family or attend one of the many events Stillwater has to offer, you can enjoy your stay at our chic 1 bed/1 bath home. The home is walking distance from downtown, several eateries and is less than 2 miles from OSU campus.

Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.
