A unique place, boasting 6 rooms on quiet grounds, with great access to Yarm, Ingleby Barwick, Middlesbrough. We are a self check in accommodation. A newly converted room, toot suite is a open plan layout, inclusive of kitchen & dining area, lounge area and your bed with en-suite. Opposite the room in a secluded wooden hut is your own private hot tub. We can add an extra pop up bed or 2 into the room, but this must be asked upon requesting the room.
