Our family home since 1956, when it was designed and built by local life long residents Louie and Roberta. Mid-century style floor plan with generously sized spaces offer an excellent blend of space and comfort. The family's connection to the Northwest art movement of Fishtown and Skagit valley artist can be observed on the walls of the home. Enjoy the views and serenity or take the short stroll to downtown. Father and son team have taken great care to update the home with all modern amenities.

The Captain's Quarters

A bright, spacious three bedroom/two bath with beautiful views of Cap Sante harbor and Mt Baker. A unique apartment above a business located on the main street of Anacortes. TWO dedicated parking spaces in our private lot. Plenty of space to spread out and a living/dining room with lots of seating. Big screen tv and a loft with pool table. When the weather is nice feel free to enjoy the back deck and beautiful view of the park. Close to shopping, restaurants, festivals and tourist excursions.

The TreeHouse is a full private house with a unique layout. Upstairs is the main apartment with kitchenette, bathroom, loft BR w/queen bed, living rm w/full sleeper sofa. Below (via a separate entrance) is a brand new laundry, office and den w/full sleeper sofa. High speed WIFI, Netflix, Max & Prime. Deck & Grill. Books & music. Ideal for quiet individuals or couples. The resort is located in the community of Sooke. There are a variety of fishing excursions available plus whale watching, kayaking, paddle-boarding on site. Plenty of hiking trails, beaches (try Sooke potholes) nearby. The resort is a few km from the nearest grocery stores and commercial areas of town.

Fully equipped kitchen and spacious deck with BBQ overlooking the water . 2 bedrooms both with fantastic views, 2 bathrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom downstairs for total privacy we call it the "Peak A Boo" bedroom. 1/2 bath on the main floor, sleeps 6. We also have a play n pak & high chair. Also has a secure garage.
