Access to Pikes Peak National Forest off-roading trails are just a few blocks away. Walk to the Broadmoor or neighborhood coffee shop for fine dining and drinks. 5 minutes to downtown Colorado Springs for endless entertainment! Lowest cleaning fees in the neighborhood!!

Super close to downtown Colorado Springs, Memorial Park and many other amenities the Springs has to offer. Complete stand alone cottage with parking and separate full fenced yard with a large patio. Built in 2019, the cottage is super well insulated, quiet and cozy. TV on main level and a TV upstairs. Air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay except for a full size oven. We have a cooktop and counter top oven but not a full size oven.

Black Forest Serenity is new guest house in the north end of Colorado Springs close to the USAFA. This beautiful, private and secluded guests house has its own driveway and access.
