Fully stocked kitchen cooking essentials and outdoor patio area where you can relax after a long day at the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, bed linens and bath towels are provided. Located close to restaurants with weekly or monthly rental options.

All furnishings are high end, including down-filled living room furniture you can sink into, and beautiful beds with pillow top mattresses. All guests have full access to Marriott restaurants and markets.

Elevated on stilts for a leveled up escape,right on the Indian river our pool overlooks the beautiful Indian River Bay , lay back and enjoy the warm breeze while lounging and swimming. We added fishing poles for our private fishing pier on property as well . A few minutes over the bridge and you've arrived on Hutchinson island beaches . Enjoy our bikes and take a walk to Jensen beach town and enjoy the restaurants of downtown Stewart.

For a $300 one time fee paid directly to the Marriott Golf Pro Shop our guests (up to 4 staying in our condo) can access reduced fees for private golf, tennis and pickleball, all resort pools, tiki bar by the beach, 24/7 fitness center, resort shuttle.
